The staff, especially mr furkan at guest relations, was cute. he made check-in smooth and comfortable. i appreciated ege at reception too. He was always available and helpful. the housekeeping staff also deserves praise. They were very kind.

The breakfast buffet had great variety! The hotel's location is super convenient. It is only a short walk to a big mall, with plenty of dining choices all around. I really enjoyed my time here.
The room's air conditioning wasn't working well one night, and I had to call multiple times for assistance until late at night. It was hard to sleep.

The fitness center has modern equipment. I saw several treadmills and stationary bikes. The outdoor pool area includes a good number of loungers with shaded sections. The hotel also provided easy access to nearby transport.

Really good Hotel Experience!

I appreciate the convenient location with numerous dining options nearby! A fantastic mall is just a short 7-minute walk away. This made shopping very easy. The team at the front desk impressed me with their excellent service. Furkan and Kerim greeted me warmly whenever they saw me. Zeynep delivered excellent service.
The TV remote control was not working . I informed the staff but it was not fixed during my entire visit. I had to keep reminding them which became frustrating over time. Hand soap was also missing upon arrival and was not provided despite my requests.

The hotel features a great location near many restaurants plus a mall is within walking distance. This makes exploring the area convenient. There are numerous services just outside the hotel, including restaurants, shops plus a supermarket directly across the street.

The staff members were polite and helpful. They always assisted me with a smile. EGE provided great service, always being polite and helpful with any requests I had. The reception staff was very nice, especially Furkan, Samed, Yunus, and Rumeysa.

I felt very secure, thanks to the security staff. The staff monitored everyone who entered and exited the building. The rooms were comfortable and spacious (with a fridge, TV, and WiFi). I found a nice bathroom and tea and coffee facilities. The buffet breakfast was quite good, and the staff were helpful.
I noticed that the AC was not working well. The slow WiFi made even basic tasks difficult. Temperature control is vital for me when picking a hotel.

The staff demonstrated superb professionalism and attentiveness to our needs. They were always ready to assist with directions and recommendations (showing great care). I particularly appreciated the prompt and efficient room service, that helped to create an lovely experience.

The hotel is close to local restaurants, shops, and bakeries, that makes it very easy to enjoy the vibrant city. A shopping center is also only about 500 meters away. All this makes the hotel conveniently positioned to discover the city.
